FANSI Closes $1 Million Pre-A Round Funding, Aims to Lead the Global Web3 Music in the Next Phase
FANSI, the web3 music platform, is pleased to announce today that it has secured $1 million in equity financing. The funding round attracted the participation of numerous renowned investors, including B’in Music’s founder, chairman, and CEO, Chen Yongzhi, representing the world’s TOP Chinese rock bands and several prominent musicians and bands.
Besides B’in Music, several significant institutional investors have also participated, including Darwin Ventures, a seasoned institutional investor collaborating with the Taiwanese government on multiple funds, and Pegatron Venture Capital, the corporate investment arm of the manufacturing giant and consumer electronics company Pegatron Corporation. Furthermore, Headwater Capital and CCDM, specializing in early-stage investments, are among the institutional investors in this funding round.
Regarding angel investors, former Uber Taiwan CEO and founder of Taiwan’s largest podcast platform, SoundOn, Likai Gu, as well as Ronald Yu, former founder of Parkinglot (later acquired by Acer Group) and an experienced angel investor, have joined the investment lineup. Additionally, Taiwan’s largest angel club, AVA Angels, participated in this funding round, with investment angels including Karen Tang, one of the founding members of the renowned Chinese travel platform Qunar(listed on NASDAQ), and Nick Wu, a seasoned angel investor and former investment manager at Top Taiwan Capital.
In addition to the seed round equity funding, FANSI has officially announced the launch of the private token sale, attracting the participation of the globally renowned blockchain media outlet, BlockBeats, becoming a anchor token investment partner.
